choose a ritualist armour - but which?
hi out there,
pls help if you have some ideas... what would be the best armour a ritualist could wear!? +mana or +hp?! the difference is having +35hp but -7mana -> 490hp and 45nrg or having 455hp and 52 energy. i have found some skills that make the energiemanagement much more easyer, but i'm not sure about choosing an armour. sure later there will be a second armour, which is the on i'll not choose now, but this is not the time to speak about the future. i like to have some ideas about that or someone who uses one of those or perhaps both allready and could give me an advice to clear out my disicion. thx in advance... |

I'd go with +energy. Ritualists are mainly casters, so the energy would be more helpful than 35 HP.

And that will be true of most caster class characters.

Unless you want to PVP. Then go with the health.

I would think that extra armor would be the all-around best choice. For a spirit build you could get up to +15 armor vs all and an item build can get +10 vs all.

Energy is so overrated, I say you use the +10 armor while holding an item then bring that spell that item spell that does +15 armor +20 max energy then you get the best of all worlds and a happy healthy constant 90 armor, it is absolutely godly in PvE

If you e.g. want or have to use Flesh Of My Flesh a lot, you better go for the health.
Or, you buy a set of armor for each occasion. |

talking to guildmembers and reading this thread dont really clears all out, one positive point for the hp armour is the long recasttime you got with ritualist spells. sure it depends onto the build which armour you should use. +15armour while 3ghost orm more around you sounds great. but in a non ghost build...
the same fact is about holding an item and getting more armour and energie. this also seems to be a special build to me. i'm just trying some armour typs in pvp to work something good out. now i'm at the same knowledge before posting this. anyone has got an armour of those and talk a bit about positivs and negativs pls... |
